• Strong phone presence
• Experience working with CRM
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Provide extraordinary customer service and truly have the customer’s best interest in mind.
• Parent is a plus.
• Bi-lingual parent is a major plus.
